Construction General Permit

We are announcing our public comment period for the 401 water quality certification of EPA’s draft NPDES permit for the Construction General Permit (WAR10F000) for facilities where EPA is the permitting authority nationwide. Ecology is seeking feedback on what we should consider as we develop conditions for the 401 certification to ensure that Washington state’s water quality standards are met.
