CWA 401 certification of the proposed modification to the NPDES General Permit for Federal Aquaculture Facilities and Aquaculture Facilities Located in Indian Country Within the boundaries of the State of Washington to add the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery to the permit

We invite you to comment on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) request for 401 water quality certifications on the CWA 401 certification of the proposed modification to the NPDES General Permit for Federal Aquaculture Facilities and Aquaculture Facilities located in Indian Country within the boundaries of the State of Washington to add the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery to the permit.


We ask for your feedback on what water quality conditions we should consider making sure EPA’s modification for the Federal Aquaculture Facilities general permit to add the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery to the general permit meets Washington State’s water quality standards.
