DST exhausters NOC Approval Order - DE11NWP-001, Revision 5

Ecology is holding a 30-day public comment period under WAC 173-400-171 (3)(n) for a Notice of Construction (NOC) Application which has been determined to be of significant public interest.


Ecology is proposing to rescind the authorization to use the existing exhausters in 241-SY through a simple revision and issuance of DE11NWP-001, Revision 5, which will continue to cover the 241-AY and 241-AZ DST Farms. A separate comment period has been opened simultaneously for draft Approval Order DE26NWP-002, which will only authorize use of the existing exhausters in 241-SY.
