241-SY Tank Farm Exhausters NOC Approval Order DE26NWP-002

Ecology is holding a 30-day public comment period under WAC 173-400-171 (3)(n) for a Notice of Construction (NOC) Application on draft Approval Order DE26NWP-002. This would authorize a modification of operations of the exhausters in the 241-SY Double Shell Tank (DST) Farm and has been determined to be of significant public interest. 


The existing exhausters at 241-SY are currently authorized under DE11NWP-001, Revision 4. Ecology is proposing to rescind the authorization for the existing exhausters in 241-SY at the same time DE26NWP-002 is issued under a separate permitting action to issue DE11NWP-001, Revision 5. A public comment period has been opened simultaneously on the draft DE11NWP-001, Revision 5, which will continue to cover the 241-AY and 241-AZ DST farms.
