Advanced Modular Pretreatment System - Class 3 permit modification

I support the addition of two AMPS modules at AP Farm. This will allow waste tanks (both double and single shell) to be emptied faster and help protect the community and the environment. These added modules should help shorten the cleanup schedule an...↓d save tax dollars in the long run.

There is a problem with the stated purpose of this proposed permit modification, in that it contradicts other proposed permit modifications supporting grouting the waste. This permit mod supposes the vit plant will outpace supply of LAW. The grouting permits suppose the supply of LAW will outpace the vit plant. The stated purposes of each of the proposed permit mods need to be stated honestly, with wording that is not contradictory, so we can trust the motivation of the DOE.↓
